Rhizobacteria was group of bacteria that colonize roots, affect growth and control plant pathogensBased on the results previous studies, 6 isolates have best ability to G. boninense in oil palm seedlings. To determine these isolates, characterization needs be done. This study aims identify molecular selected rhizobacteria indigenous act as biocontrol agents boninense. Molecular identification using 16S rRNA gene. The showed All RBI were identified different species Bacillus paramycoides strain MCCC (RZ1A 2.1), Microbacterium paraoxydans CF36 (RZ2B 1.1), albus 1A02146 (RZ2C cereus JCM 2152 (RZ2E Serratia marcescens NBRC 102204 1.2), ATCC 14579 (RZ1E 2.1).
